VOC Moon and Endings?

I wouldn't call it "fairly accurate."

If I calculate her chart for 5:22 A.M, that's how you get 1 degree Gemini
ASC.
She was born at 4:22 AM.

You need to update your software's time zone files. They are not calculating
charts correctly, and that's why it's an hour off.

Her ASC is 12 Taurus, with Aries intercepted in the 12th. MC is 24

Didn't include the Daylight Savings Time, didn't do some other things,
apparently.

I haven't looked at the Chomper Chart, but I have ASC = SA = MA/NE. It
has its uses: be a white knight for those who need it. But whatever you
do, don't focus on what you want for your "little" self - it just gets
too hopeless.

Not sure how this works with VOC Moon (and Venus sq Neptune too, for
that matter) Suppose you don't meet someone when the Moon is Void of
Course?

In other words, what if you see someone you know but you kind of miss
each other - eyes don't meet, etc - perhaps missunderstanding body

possibly an indication of an ending -with moon VOC - or just a delay
or...?

Cuz I saw my "person" (Mr. Neptune) the other day but it went off the
rails (literally, at the train station.) Since this relationship never
started in the first place (we have spoken a bit and looked at each
other, that's all), would this be an ending or just another nothing? He
and I walked right towards each other, without looking each other in
the eyes - and I was wondering if maybe it was a good thing - because
if something is going to start (assuming he got a divorce) this would
have been exactly the wrong time to do it - or maybe a bad thing -
because - well, he seemed to be avoiding looking at me.

I've pretty much given up on this, believe me, because, apparently, he
is married. But because of the VOC Moon (and Venus sq Neptune) I
thought it raised an interesting question about VOC Moons.
