Intercepted Signs and Houses

Hi, all!

I am doing a chart and it dawned on me that I didn't pay enough
attention to the following (I admit, head hanging low, I'm dumb. Or
blind.): When there's an intercepted sign, there's ALWAYS an intercepted
house also, and of course, vice versa.

I saw this always, I assume, but never took it as a whole double-faceted
issue that widens the perspective of the chart; I think that I paid
attention to only one of them, the first that popped up in front of my
eyes, probly.

So what in Horary will pass as a trapped feature, is really a two
faceted issue: You have a trapped *sign* AND a trapped *house*.

The case in q is:
30 Nov., 2006, 17:00 LT, 34e46, 32n04 (Tel Aviv, Israel).

The Intercepted Sign: Ari. Trapped in the 11th h.
Interpretation: Sign rulerships subjected to 11th h issues.
Meaning: New projects, beginnings, head, etc., subjected to hopes,
fears, friends, clubs, organizations, etc..

The Intercepted House: 9th. Trapped in Aq. Interpretation: House issues
subjected to Aq .
Meaning: gov institutions, judges, clergy, courts, commerce, long trips,
etc., subjected to ideals, humanism, novel notions, etc..

Again, apologies to all who saw it, and my post is therefore not adding
any new info to them.

As an afterthought, I wonder if there can be TWO intercepted signs, and,
therefore, TWO intercepted houses. Never saw such critter, though.
