Horary question: job interview with uncertain outcome

Background

I attended a job interview two weeks ago, on the 9th of June but for
unknown reasons I have yet to receive feedback.
According to the recruitment agency, the company wanted me to attend a
second interview this week but it didn't take place and I haven't been
given an explanation
.
The recruitment agency is being very evasive and keep saying that they
will be in touch as soon as they hear anything from them (a large and
successful American firm). I'm puzzled at what it may have happened, a
strange situation which leaves me in a limbo. Perhaps they are
interviewing someone else and I've been kept as a "reserve"? Or maybe
they do not intend to recruit at all and they just wanted to see what
the market is like?

The Question

So I decided to drawn a chart, wondering "What happened?", to try to
shed some light.
Mars/Saturn approaching the Ascendent (me). The two malefics close to
the Ascendent is rather unfortunate. Could also represent my gloomy
mood.
Moon, my co-ruler, has just separated from Venus (in her own sign),
ruler of the 10th House ("The Company"). This doesn't look good either,
maybe our path have crossed ("the interview") and now we're going
separate ways.

There re no contact between the Sun, my significator, and Venus, the
quesited.

While the chart gives explains the present situation, I'm having some
problems at getting to the nitty-gritty of the question itself, namely,
"What's happened?".
