Footballers' wives: money can't buy you taste

In today's paper there was a picture of 5 English footballers' wives
out on a shopping spree. The paper said they spent many thousands
within less than an hour. Despite their spending capability, it's
amazing how trashy 4 of them looked, and how elegant the fifth looked
in comparison. It seemed obvious too from the pictures that she didn't
get along with them.

Far as I'm concerned they looked all right. But heck, if you've got money to
burn, why not toss some kindling in the fire...

The one in the middle, in particular, in denim shorts, looks achingly
trashy. What a catastrophe.

You can guess which one I thought was elegant in comparison, or I'll
tell you, she's the only one not wearing bling-bling sunglasses in the

WHEW!! I'm glad you pointed out the most *elegant* one, as I wouldn't
have spotted her if I looked at the pictures a dozen times.

I only guessed b/c she jumped out as the only one not wearing huge
sunglasses.

first picture; very well-toned body, an athletic bra, white tanktop,
and beltless jeans. Even though I may have disliked the visible bra or
pink on other girls, it looks good on her.

IMO, she isn't significantly different than the rest. If I had to rank
them, I'd say that the girl with the thigh high boots & the girl with the
pink pants are the "trashiest".
