custom men's shirts in St. Louis or Memphis

I have a thick neck and I'm tired of having to choose between shirts that
fit my neck or fit my body. Does anyone have suggestions for a decent
custom shirtmaker in either St. Louis or Memphis?

I'm close to one city, well sort of, but not the other so I'm no real
help. But have you thought of buying to fit your neck and then taking
those to a tailor/seamstress to have them fitted to you?

I'd consider that, nut it seems like that wouldn't really be any less
trouble than simply finding a good shortmaker and having them made to
measure.

You heard wrong David. I was in Nordstroms the other day looking for a
shirt with a big body and narrow neck. They couldn't custom make it.
