I stopped by Kohl's yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by these.
Pigment is good, shimmer very, very good and they are indeed
lightweight and mousse-like going on. And they blend out well if you
want to sheer up the colors, a good thing because they have some
intense shades in both blush and eye colors. Unfortunately, no matte
shades for either cheeks or eyes. But there were two standouts:
Madame X blush, a bright pinkish red, hard to find for those who like
to wear red. It blended out well so you'll be able to avoid the "clown
face" look.
High Maintenance shadow, plummy brown shimmer that looks a LOT like
MUFE's Star Powder 919, an old fave of mine and possibly other AFers.
This one you won't need a brush for or have to worry about spilling
everywhere!
Both retail for $12.

HTH any of you looking for creme eye shadows or blush in the mid range

Good question. I only tested them on my hand. But, thinking the eye
makeup remover was in a bottle like Sephora's that only allows a little
to come out at a time, I accidentally dumped quite a bit on my hand.
Even after this, I still saw traces of color and glitter from the
shadows. I don't know about how it would crease, or not. It went on
smoothly enough and didn't seem to settle into lines on my hand at
least.
I just looked at the 6 reviews at MUA and the general consensus was
good. Only one said it creased badly and she returned it, but the
others all said it wore well and didn't migrate even after nights out
on the town. The reviewers liked the buildability of it too. So even
though I didn't want to put tester on my lids, what I found seemed to
mirror the MUAers experiences.
