I haven't seen them on television but this one as the last one I posted
appear to be real. And very good at that.

Who are the "our"?

People with low self esteem aren't that way because of the existence of
makeup and photoshop.

All I get from this ad is Dove trying to win-over customers (with low
self esteem, mind you) by scapegoating and finger-pointing the high
fashion industry.

Thanks for posting this. I really liked the commercial/film; I'd be
interested in seeing it as a live commercial.
