April...
I headed out this past weekend in search of comfy loafers for the NRA
(Restaurants...not Rifles) in Chicago this weekend. Macy's was an
ugly sight and no decent shoes were to be had. I checked out
Nordstrom.com and the Cole Haan's I wanted would take too long to get
to me. This was a shoe EMERGENCY! I went to ColeHaan.com and found 3
pair that I thought would work. I placed the order on Sunday and paid
for the 2-4 day delivery. On Tuesday I called to make sure they would
be here by FRiday. This morning I logged on and my order still said
"processing". I called Customer Service and she told me that one pair
was out of stock. I kind of freaked (internally). She said the rest
would arrive today. Thankfully, 2 of the paris arrived and they fit
great. However...here is my rant. 1) Why didn't they notify me that
one of the pairs was out of stock and 2) Why didn't I ever receive a
shipment confirmation? At the very least the order status should have
moved from processing to shipped.

Am I right?????

Oh yeah...I got these shoes....

ahmward...
Did you ask customer service? I think you really must on the pair that
was out of stock.Some companies are just more sophisticated than others.
