Vampkel...
well, at hubbys urging i did it. after years of being blonde, supa-blonde,
blonde with highlights, i've reverted back to my natural color. its a

this must be a trend...I've gone back to my original hair color
too...light brown.

little darker than it probably really is, but with half a head of grown out
roots, highlights and blond strands, it took some work. my stylist and the
manager came out and offered me some suggestions, and amid the brown i have
super light strands of blonde on the top and underneath. its pretty neat
looking, kinda funky, and a major noticeable difference. its been a while
since so many people have looked at me and said, wow u changed your hair!

Are you happy with it? This year my girls both decided to get rid of
the highlights and go back to dark brown hair. It's a good change; of
course, I still like my blond streaks.

I have to say that Kel's post made me think about going back to dark brown
hair.. or at least light brown.. but hmmm I still like blonde streaks

Dolly Dagger...
Congrats!

After years of coloring my hair platinum then red, I went back to my
natural medium ash blonde this summer. It was more than a bit stressful
when I actually got in the chair!

I let my roots grow out way longer than I should have, then had my
colorist lop off most of it and highlight the heck out of the rest. It
took a couple of more months to get rid of all of the red.

I'll tell ya, more people asked me why I colored my red hair in the
months following. But it was a freeing feeling, not worrying about
roots and upkeep. Plus I missed my hair ;-)

Very cool for you!
