if you are handy, you can make one...I clipped these instructions from
somewhere (Delphi Forums, I think) for a clothing sachet. Substitute
lavender and I guess you can use it for the eyes:
Pour one cup of rice into a plastic container and spritz it with the
perfume (lavender oil?) of your choice. Cut two pieces of fabric to 5
inches by 6 inches. Sew all the sides with a 1/4 inch seam allowance,
leaving a 1 1/2-inch opening along one side. Clip the corners and turn
the fabric inside out. Fill the pouch with the rice and stitch the
opening closed. (For clothing, drop the sachet in your drawer or
suitcase. To refresh it, just spritz the sachet with the same scent.)

You could stitch up an old piece of silk, fill it with flax seeds,
sprinkle seeds with lavender oil. Heat in microwave on medium for
about 30 seconds.

I found one at CVS, and in fact, bought 2; they're very inexpensive.
They're lavender satin, and filled with a very light-lavender scented
filler. I rotate them around from the freezer; they freeze very well
and are very soothing. hth, kpr
