Bermuda shorts

Is anyone here wearing these? If so, are you really pulling it off? If so,
I'm jealous because it's tough out there for shorts right now.

I went shopping the other day for shorts and couldn't find anything that
didn't have either a 3 inch inseam or Bermuda-style shorts. I think to wear
these you have to have long, lean legs. Not good for my wider, more muscular
calves.

I'm leaving for vacation in four days and can't find any shorts!!!

I'm 5ft2, 45 yo, not fat but not really thin either, short legs, thin
waist, round bottom, and this summer I'll stick to *skirts*.
Grumble grumble grumble. For the last 10 years it's been a battle
buying even simple black slacks, what with low rise and all. And now
*bermuda shorts*! No thank you.

I now (for the last 5 years) have an absolute rule about buying
clothes and shoes: Either I feel *fabulous* as soon as I try it on, or
I don't buy it. Love at first sight or nothing :-)

I wear a lot of skirts in the summer, even when just outside with the kids
and the other moms. I look like a square in shorts. Just one big square.
