Where to Find Knee-High Boots?

I have to ask this. Maybe the answer is right in front of me and I
haven't been looking in the right places, but I can't seem to find a
tall boot that fits me!

I'm roughly 5' tall and *every* pair I have purchased either extends
far above my upper calf, or my calf doesn't fit in the boot (for the
more fitted styles).

Does anyone know of specific stores or styles for vertically-challenged
individuals? :-)

I'm also 5', and it's 13" between my ankle and knee. I've had good luck
with Aerosoles. You might want to try zappos.com. Love love love them, but
they're horrible for my bank account. ;)

I may be wrong, but if you bought a boot that was meant to be 3/4 calf
size for average height women would it be knee high on you?

meg4nier...
Not really - but close! I still run into the problem where my calve
don't fit in the shaft...there's just too much room to move around.
Thanks for the suggestion though!

Hmmm... Marc Jacobs makes a terrific pair of knee high boots, but the
price tag is high - like, $1300 (roughly). Michael Kors may have knee
highs in your size too (his designs run smaller typically). It sounds
like you are looking for a shorter boot with a wide shaft. Like larger
sizes 10 years ago, petites are virtually ignored when it comes to
fashion. Here are a few BLOGS that include contact information of
women who may be able to help you:

Also, I recommend that you contact a clothing store that specializes in
petite sizes. They most likely will be able to point you in the right
direction.

I hope this helps!
