Shoes from Tarjay, Part Deux

So I was out with a bunch of pals from work the other night and as
we're walking to the NYC tapas bar where we planned to hang for the
evening, one woman says, "I have the same shoes--you got them at Coach,
right? I just got them there, too!" And I say (I just LOVE to say
this, especially in NYC), "Nope, got 'em at Tarjay. $29.99." And she
is astonished because, according to her, they are absolute
doppelgangers for the new Coach loafers.

Didn't I call those out as dopplegangers earlier? :) I toldja so, I toldja
so! :P If you line them up next to the real thing, you can spot the Coach
from the Target, but just looking down while walking along, you'd be hard
pressed, as you found out so clearly. LOL

So--waving madly here at MicheleH and Vicki in DC--I have to spread the
word to everyone: go forth and pretend you got your loafers at Coach!
I got them in both the black and the brown and yes, they fit
beautifully and look totally faboo.

P.S. I also got the black suede Isaac flats with the grosgrain bow; I
just love the added detail of the teeny little metal...rivets? Well,
whatever they are, they are a lovely touch.

Waving back to EMD :-). Welcome back! I can't wait to read about
AZ....

I'm not only getting myself some of those black suede flats with the
bow, I'm going to get a pair for Mom too. Her b'day is October 4th and
since she lost alot of weight over the last 6 months, I promised her a
new outfit from Tarjay and the shoes will be a part of it.

I mentioned this in the other thread but will say it again, a coworker
thought my chocolate brown loafers from last year were Clarks. Nope,
Tarjay and on clearance for $7.99 (!!).

Double kudos and hoorays from me.
