Favorite tinted moisturizer?

Smokey...
I've never used a tinted moisturizer because I didn't think it would be
sufficient to cover redness on my cheeks, but I got a sample of Perricone
and it did a pretty good job of it. Costs a lot, though, so I figured I
would solicit recommendations here. I have light skin with redness on the
cheeks, tending to dry.

I've been using the Neutrogena for a week or so. It has spf 20. (My OoO
"Tint" had no sunscreen, making it less than ideal in spite of its great
price.) I love the Neutrogena. It provides better coverage than the OoO or
the others I've tried (some of the spendier ones, including BB and Mercier,
iirc, as well as the Cover Girl). I think I paid around $10 at CVS.

Guess I'll get off to CVS to acquire some of this. Thanks to everyone who
gave suggestions.

Just thought I'd add that I think our skin is similar--I want to cover
redness and I tend to have dry spots (but if I over-moisturize, like with a
moisturizer, sunscreen, tint or foundation...I feel slimy). The Neutrogena
seems to stay on well. After hours of craziness, the coverage is still
there and the finish hasn't melted. Once you get the pump primed before the
first use, it seems to take just one pump to release enough moisturizer to
cover my face; I use a round sponge to dot then blend the stuff.

I bought the mineral sheers foundation stuff too but had to replace the
first one because the container was broken. This one is working but the
design is terrible. I'll have to transfer it to something like a tiny
shaker; the current design has the potential to create clouds of powder
everywhere but on my face!

I always used Nars gel fraicheur but I think it may be discontinued. I
just looked at the Sephora site and there are so many. I wonder if
summer I continued to use the Nars luminous silk foundation because it
is so sheer.

Not sure if this is quite what you are looking for, but this past week
on vacation in Mexico I gave Revlon ColorStay Active a shot. It says
it's "light makeup," so it's not necessarily tinted moisturizer, but
has SPF 25 and to me it was like a tinted sunscreen except not greasy
and with slightly more coverage compared to CG's version (which I used
all last summer). Felt great on my face, even in hot weather - not like
wearing foundation - and lasted through sweat and ocean dips.

Like you I have light skin with redness and a tendency to dryness. I
didn't need to apply moisturizer under this - it was moist enough
without. I chose the "buff" color which has no red in it and
counteracted/evened out the areas where I got a bit of sunburn (nose,
forehead, etc). I was very impressed. This will be my mainstay make-up
for the summer!
