My beautiful soon-to-be sister-in-law has wonderfully, and wisely,
decided that her bridesmaids, of which I am to be one, shall choose their
own dresses provided that they are of the appropriate color.

Unfortunately, the color she has chosen is sage green, which while a
gorgeous color, is almost impossible to find a dress in. I love my
brother's fiancee and want to make her happy, so trying to convince her
the bridal party should wear a different, easier-to-find color is just
not in the cards for me.

I would ideally like to find a dress I can wear again. Searches of the
local malls were fruitless (if only the color were purple, or grey) so
I've decided to go online. Bluefly looks relatively promising. Are
there any other retailers I can look at? I'd like to spend less than $300.

Debbie the Dogged...
All 4 of these come in sage (although it looks like there's a range of
what they think the color "sage" is) and are way under $300. Plus, I
think they're all pretty.

posted that link here the other day and it looks like the dresses are
not only pretty and re-wearable, but they come in a wide range of
colors. Maybe you'll find a sage dress there? The prices seem to be
a secret; hopefully it's not one of those situations where, "If you
have to ask, you can't afford it"!

The wedding is in early May.

Any other suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks, Melanie
