i think our area gets less sunlight than any other major area in U.S....
and it does get depressing. we go weeks... really, weeks, with no
sunshine.. fortunately, we were blessed with a few hours yesterday so we
could take the puppy out... (and us...).. :))

Jerry is now 12 y.o but every morning by any time sun, rain or even snow
François goes out for a 2 hour walk with him in the forest and that keeps
him (them) in good health*
We are lucky to have a forest at a few minutes from our house.

We have lots of moose (only dangerous during a special period of the
year), wild deer (never dangerous), wolf (no one has been hurt by them
around here).

Man is the most dangerous animal in the wood.
Have you ever seen a rabbit with a gun ?
But no wolves or bears in our woods. A few shy squirrels, some deers and
rabbits.
