A friend just sent us two dozen of them. They are a cross between a
marika...
|
that is a good solid guess

marika...

i am sure you have seen the mess I made

tangerine and a grapefruit. They are so juicy the box included two
bibs. Only thing is I'm not supposed to eat grapefruit. :-( I am
tempted since it's only partly grapefruit.
**Dalin**...

Yes, that's what they are called. Boy do they look good and I want

I think it's just the name they gave to their tangelo. You know, like
different apples have different names, but they are all apples.

It interferes with some meds....
|

said he ate half a grapefruit nonetheless. (He is on a
statin--maybe on meds for high blood pressure too.)

Well, it shouldn't be a tangelo, because a tangelo is a hybrid between a
tangerine and a mandarin orange.
Val Adams...
|
tangerine & 'Mandarin orange' are synonymous; tangelo is a cross betwen
tangerine and regular orange.

There's no law that says MDs can't be as ignorant as the general
population
Jean B....

avoid blood thinners, anti-chols, etc...

|
If you take certain kinds of medicine, in my case high blood pressure
meds, you aren't supposed to.
Just like if you take certain antibiotics you shouldn't have milk or
cheese.
