Rain and cold!

It rained all night. Temps in low 50's for a high and 30's for a low. It's
so wet and cold..brrrrrrrr. I would have to go out in this to take Bru to
the vet again. It's supposed to be like this into next week.

A heat spell! It's 9 degrees here, wind chill is -3F.

How do folks get around in that weather when their bones really hurt in the
cold?

They just hurt. Most people's bones hurt more I think when it's damp
and raining though. Some folks wear long johns when they go out and
some wear flannel lined slacks. We dress pretty warm.

And then does she hose you down in the yard? With lye soap?

I remember cross country skiing in the field behind our house and
falling and not being able to get back up because of all the clothes.
I couldn't bend!
