david...

Mikals11...
Yeah I'm gonna be remembering you when I go to bed hungry tonight....
The first thing I heard after reading it was....

"Why can't you ever talk sweet to me like that??"

david...
uh, mikal, it seems that you need some remedial training... maybe you
never finished that course of study... so, have a seat, take out your
notepad and have a sharpened pencil 'cause i ain't gonna say it twicet...

whenever you're in that situation, you need to respond positively...
such as:

"sweetheart, i was reading that other guy's post to you because it
reminds me of you and me - and i felt that in reading those words aloud
you would see that this is how i also think of how special you are to
me..." (uh, be sure to act contrite while you're sayin' all of this...)
now, unless you get the timing wrong (such as sneaking a peak at the TV
while saying this) you oughta' be safe for that slice of apple pie...

of course, there's the assertive mode... saying something such as...

"well, sweetheart, when you start treating me the way i like, i'll start
talking sweet to you..."... but be sure to duck, 'cause that technique
usually puts you in the cellar... :)

finally, if you're certain that you ain't agonna' get dinner tonight
anyhoo, you could go on the aggressive route... such as...

"goldangit, woman. i want dinner on the table and i want it NOW.. and be
sure to have apple pie, too. i'll talk sweet when i get goldang good and
ready!!!!!" uh, this is called the 'grenade approach'... it might
work, but could blow up in your face and you may never eat again... :)

**Dalin**...
Ohhh I guess I'd better not tell you that david is taking me out to
dinner tonight. DON'T READ THIS!!!!

Dalin

Mikals11...
NOT outloud anyway.... LOL....
i have a tendency to remember dates...
- i remember the first day a girl came to my parent's house as my guest.
i was 14 and it was sorta' my 'first date'... she helped me decorate
the christmas tree and then my father drove her home
- i remember the day i passed my driver's test. mom went with me.
- i remember the day i joined the air force... a very long day, that was
- i remember the day i came home from overseas... a joyful event.

- and... i remember the first day i saw dalin... :) i even remember,
within 15 minutes, the time. i recall every event of that day... from the

Mick Fanner...
How innacurate is that? I met Wendy at *exactly* 1:40 in the AM and we
danced till the place closed at two. She went to her home and I went

david...
well, gee, mick, everyone knows that you're a more romantic guy than i....
:) - remembering within 15 minutes was the best i could do...

to mine. Just don't ask me about the rest of the day. ;-)

time i woke up until the time i went to bed back at the air force barracks.
it was today, may 22nd, some years ago. nope, no kisses, no handholding, no
'sweet nothings' said... but when the day ended i knew i wanted to see her
again... from that day forward, i never dated another woman. i felt, even
then, that i had found my soulmate.... :) it was a wonderful day!!!!

Sue...
How beautiful, david.
Next chapter, please.
