My LCD TV

One thing I must say about my LCD 15 inch TV is that the color is
fantastic! It is still regular analogue, not HDTV, but I like it. They
say European standard is way better than American even in the analogue.
Is that true?

I have a 36 inch Toshiba that is 11 years old. It's a little slow
these days coming on but the picture is fine. After looking at the
prices of new TVs I think it's going to sit there for another 11 years.

Gee, my TV must be more than 15 years old. Leah's dad keeps
trying to get us a new TV, but we like our old one. It's in a
wooden case. Much more attractive than the current things

Downstairs, I have a 24 inch in the wooden (maple) case from 1986. The
picture is a bit fuzzy and it does not have a remote control but, hey,
it works. :)

Mine does have a remote, and it works fine. Needed a little
work a few years ago, but is now going strong. We like it! I
am glad we can get devices when we go the ?HDTV? route, or
whatever is happening next year, since I don't want to be
forced to get a new TV.
