I just got the following from Travelocity:

As the test phase of our loyalty program, Travelocity VIP, concludes, we
wanted to thank you for participating. Over the past year, your status has
afforded you priority customer service, exclusive discounts, pre-sale
notifications, and special offers reserved only for our top customers, and
we hope you've enjoyed these benefits.

We want you to retain your valuable VIP standing as we move from this test
phase to launch the official Travelocity VIP program.

Because VIP eligibility is based on bookings over the course of a year,
we're contacting you today to let you know that of the 5 bookings you need
to re-qualify for the program, you have made 0. You will need to complete
your 5 bookings by November 15th in order to re-qualify and maintain your
VIP status in our official program.

Aside from the fact that I got no priority customer service or exclusive
discounts, I'm sure I'm going to book 5 trips between now and November 15.

Did you mean the Yin Yu Tang house or the others outside the museum? We saw
them all! The Yin Yu Tang house I could have stayed in all day, it was
fascinating the way the families lived.The History of the house and the
reconstruction of it was really something!

Well, gee whiz, stick a note on the fridge before you go. LOL
I'm booked for a few trips in the next few weeks but they are all
Senior bus trips to local things here in New Hampshire and
Massachusetts....day trips to Cape Cod, foliage peeping in northern NH
and a haunted house trip to Salem, Mass. on Friday, Oct. 13th. :)
