This morning I woke up at 5 a.m. Normally this would not make me happy but
today it meant I had slept for the longest continuous amount of time in a
week and a half. I feel I may be human after all. So 5 a.m. was beautiful. I
opened my window to let in the early morning air and laid there savoring the

Yay! That sounds like progress, mj! Keep up the good, er, work!

That's very good news mj. :-) Now don't think you're well and start
to overdo things though. We wouldn't want you to have a relapse.

Well so far my energy level is at an all time low so don't think I'll be
doing much. Also, if outside the heat just saps me even more.

I think your body is trying to tell you that you still need more rest
- in bed! And that's what I hope you are doing, not trying to make a
meal or clean something. It takes a long time to get over a serious
infection. it could be a couple of months before you feel like your
o*d self.

I hope it isn't that long. But, I don't think it will be. My usual amount of
sleep is almost back to normal. But I'm not pushing it.

It's frustrating the way it takes so much longer to get your energy back
than it does to lose it. Extreme heat saps the energy even if you're well.
I hope you can stay inside, rest and eat properly so you'll get your energy
back as quickly as possible.
