dalin has learned to do a leap from the car while it's still moving... so
when I arrive at the driveway, there's nobody there but the puppy and me...
and the puppy has trouble shifting gears, so I end up parking the camper...

Oh gee, no kidding, David is thinking of buying a trailer to put on a
site there permanently. Not this year, but when you sit out at
night, can see all the zillions of stars in the sky, have just doused
a camp fire and there is no bad news, no radio, no paper, just you and
the beautiful sky, you kind of think you would like to live like this
forever. :-) Then reality sets in. You can't hide, you can't
escape the ugliness going on in the world, you can't escape from home
chores etc. But it's a wonderful thing to imagine!

of camping, with both tent and caravan, I've neither packed/unpacked
NOR cleaned the caravan after a trip.....that's BILL'S job....he doesn't
do it? We don't go camping! It's *that* simple!! ;-)

But it was my idea to buy the camper. :-( I think David just sort of
went along. He hooks it up, unhooks it, parks it, and that isn't
easy. We do work together, I just work faster!

you wimmen are too dang smart... yes, dalin is fixin' dinner and
washin' clothes from the camping and cleaning the camper and feedin' the
dawg... but i'm sittin' at the computer an' givin' directions... when
dalin finishes the dinner dishes and waxing the camper and ironing and
hanging all our clothes and cleaning the house i'll be sure to remind her
that she has time to post.... :)
