Sue...
Towns County, where we live, is composed of two towns.....Young Harris and
Hiawassee.
WE bought the paper today and the headlines read:
Hiawassee bank robbed. Details next week.

Joy...
LOL! I guess that's the small town version of "Details at 11".

Annie...
How humorous! I searched the web for Towns County and the 2 towns you mention are quite
small, population-wise...the photos shown are pretty...you both must enjoy
Annie

Sue...
I noticed that it Hiawassee had a population of 808. They were all in
Ingles Market this morning.
And......800 probably means year round?
Many people have homes here during the summer.....to escape the heat in
other States.
Young Harris....is small. And, yes, we love it here. We are constantly in
awe of the scenery.

**Dalin**...
Young Harris is only 604. :-) Where do you shop? Where are your
doctors, etc.?

Stan...
I told BK that way back in the 50's, policemen in my town were not
allowed to call out of service together. If two were in a car, only one
could call out. Patrol cars were never allowed to park next to each other to
socialize.

In this town of many buffetts, you see sometimes 4 to 10 police
officers(city, county, state) sitting down and eating lunch together. Good
time for a hold-up.

The bank that was robbed sits at one end of the super market parking
lot. There is only one 2 lane hwy going in and out of town. Hmm...details
next week.
