Who can explain this???

Why it will sometimes rain and snow out back but not out front was
kinda explained.. now here is another unusual happening , to me at
least, ...
It's sunset time.. the most brillant colors are in the So. East...
paler lighter colors in the No. West.
The other day, for example.. it was pale yellow N.W. and grey and
bright salmon in S.W. ?
I feel as tho the sunset is really confused here in Reno. >) ( or is

My cat has a similar attitude. If I put her out in front and it's raining,
she immediately wants back in- then goes to the back and wants out again.

Just a thought...maybe it has something to do with the dust in the air
from volcano eruptions and your particular location on the globe. :)
