I know this is a no-no on our group, but I just can't help wondering:
Driving along the big highways around here I can't help reading the
billboards that advertise, "FUDGE" creamy, delicious, made with real heavy
cream! and thick butter! turn on the next exit for wonderful homemade FUDGE!
I know it's not good for your teeth, waistline, blood chemistry etc.
so...why? why? did God make FUDGE?
Stan :) (I love Fudge)

Beats me but the truth is everything that tastes good is bad for you. Just
doesn't seem fair to me.

I agree, mj. I also wonder if david is correct. Perhaps all that good
stuff was not made by Him above? Uh...how about Devil's Food Cake? Huh?
Huh?
Think about that!

God gave us free will to make our own decisions. He also teaches us
moderation in all things.
But, I agree mostly with david's answer below! LOL!!!
Dalin, please pass a couple of pieces of fudge to me, please.....

I hope you like peanut butter cuz I always add a heaping tablespoon of
it into my chocolate fudge. :-)

easy answer. for the same reason he made champagne, jack daniels, peanut
butter cups, and ice cream. how are you to prove how stalwart you are in
your abstinence of evil things unless they're there to tempt you? God's
objective wasn't to make it easy for you, ya' know... :)
what's humorous is that he puts labels on it all to cause folks to think
this stuff is actually made by people... ... of course, we all know
better. had you stopped at that exit for fudge, the clerks would have
looked like people, but don't ask where they came from...
