I wouldnt have either, but seems to have been the major malfunction.
We had run a very long back-up process the night before, and next morning
all systems said something extremely rude and refused to boot. First thing
he did when he got the critter out on his bench was to vacuum it out, so ...

Meanwhile, having been forced for once to actually work with my system, he
has now eschewed the foot-pedals in favor of a nice new keyboard. Has fancy
LCD screen with time, date, office temp and even my name! or anyway my user
name;
you have no idea how comforting this is some mornings..

tho I must say cold wet plaster at 58 degrees is less fulfilling as a
sculptural medium than concrete being mixed by someone ELSE..but I do have
most of one wall done, plus am seeing parts of my work table that have not
surfaced since at least 1999..amazing how much stuff you can stash without
the pile actually falling over..
