Spring in Ohio

I posted three pictures taken in my yard. Spring is beautiful this year.

Well! Better late than never, I always say!

Nice dogwood. I remember them from visits to northern states. No such
thing 'round here... but we have Redbuds which bloom in late March,
early April.

Thanks for reminding me about the Politics. That was the word:-)
Oh, and Avery, if you have an airplane hangar, show a photo to JD. Among
his many, many talents he is building one on his ranch:-) JD, haven't seen
a photo of it since the first one you showed us.
Avery, there are some very nice folks who habituates here and I'm pretty
sure you will like all of them. I think I'm the only grouch but then Dalin
and david gave me squatter's rights:-)

hahahaha! No! That was/is just a "barn" barn wherein critters and some
tractors and stuff like that can hang out The "party barn" has yet to be
built and one-o-these-days I will get to it. (methinks you are thinking
of the pics I posted of the restored Caboose Aladdin lantern(s) in which
I stated that they would eventually end up in the party barn)

You have some beautiful trees there, Mac--and your spring is
slightly ahead of ours. My dogwoods are just about to come
out--or should I say turn white? The flowers are kind-of
green still.

Just beautiful. I think you are a week ahead of us. My trees are just
looking good but the wind is stripping the flower petals off and it looks
like it's a snowstorm.

Our Cherry tree has bloomed and is long done it is also like a snow storm when
the wind blows. We never have got any Cherries from it the birds get them
before they are ready to pick.

Lovely, Mac!

this one just came full white this week. the Lillacs are just about done but
the wegalia is just starting and will bloom in the corner where the lillac are
fading, It blooms all summer and draws lots of hummers.

Hmm. I don't think my lilacs are anywhere near blooming.
Need to look at the weigelia. I did amble around today, but I
was planting a bit in my woodland area and looking for
Japanese maple babies....
