I haven't been on computer much the past few days due to waiting for
plumbers, frustration with making calls where you never talk to anyone,
etc., etc. My disposition was so bad I figured you would rather I got lost
anyway.

I am going to try to catch up but probably will have to skip reading some of
them. But, not because I don't care.

**Dalin**...
Plumbers? What happened?

Jean B....
Uh-oh... But maybe you'd be happier if you DIDN'T get lost!

You are probably right but sometimes I do better with a book to keep my mind
from racing. Part of my time was spent with taking things out from under the
sink some of which were water soaked and had to be tossed. Others had
probably been under there for years and were useless. Plus not having a
kitchen sink for two days. And, then............I discovered the things
under one of my bathroom sinks were water soaked. You know what they
say....when it leaks, it really, really leaks. At least I didn't have to
cook upstairs with no sink. :-)
Noticed an unpleasant smell around the sink. Figuring I had been remiss from
the last time I cleaned the garbage disposal I got all the stuff to clean
both professional and the vinegar, baking soda, lemon route but it still
smelled. I can't sit down on the kitchen floor because there's nothing for
me to pull myself up with so by the time I got a younger household member on
the weekend to sit down and do that she discovered a large dish pan I have
that holds a lot of things we don't use often such as bug spray, etc., was
half full of water. Also wet way back inside where some things in cartons
were soaked. Then I noticed water under one of the sinks in my bathroom. It
was a crummy weekend. :-)

Oh I sure can sympathize! Same thing happened here a couple of years
ago. I had to take everything out from under the sink and the
adjoining two base units. Fortunately the plumber I called arrived a
half hour later and replaced the pipe. But my bathroom sink didn't
leak at the same time.

Is your bathroom on the opposite wall of the sink? Hopefully the
water just leaked through and it wasn't another leaky pipe.

Did you ever get a plumber?

Jean B....
I can empathize--I think I am gonna dub this "The House of
Leaks". I am beginning to think it is because I am an
Aquarius! I'm sorry you have been having such problems....
The bathroom is upstairs on an outside wall so no connection. But
everything's ok now and at least it's unusually neat under both sinks. Doubt
it will last long though.

**Dalin**...
It never does. Nor do closets.
