Having taken to this rural environment, I find myself like ol doc
doolittle "talking to the animals" I walk pass the bovine group each day and
moo at them. I hear a chicken in the distance and I crow enthusiastically. I
wish there were a state fair somewhere that had "rooster crowing contest" I
think I could do well.

Ummm... I'm beginning to understand why you keep trying to get people to
come visit you. ;-)

my kinda guy... :) As a favor to you, i did check here in onondaga...
registration entries were due on July 17th for poultry and cattle
competitions... however, toby keith is performing tonight and could
probably use an opening act to get the crowd in the proper mood.... :)
uh... i'm a tenor... if you're a baritone or base, we could maybe do a
duet.... i'm pretty good at 'moo'.... :)

Boy could we do a great quartet!

Great! I'm wonderful with wax paper on a comb!

Me! Me! I actually own a couple of kazoos. They're much lighter and
easier to play than the accordion I used to play.

You used to play accordian? Kewl.
My dad played accordian. Of course, that was when he got home from the bars
at 2AM. Not fun.

LOL! Or not. ;-)
Yes, I played the squeeze-box for several years. In my sophomore year, I
was the only accordion player in our high school marching band. The next
year there were three of us. I think I was a ground-breaker. ;-)

I could just sit in and do a solo "Home Sweet Home" on the harmonica.

You really don't want to know the first thing that came to my
mind.... Luckily for you, I probably won't remember it in a
minute or two.

A big OOPS on hitting the button with no reply earlier!!!!
The State Fair is on right now here in Sacramento. They have the pig
races every year as well as the contest to catch a greased pig. I just
bet that you would find a spot here for your talents.
I grew up with cows, chickens, pigs, horses, ducks, cats and dogs. I
also have honed in on my ability to talk to the animals. You keep doing
it. The animals love it.
Mooooooooooooo....
Arlin :-)
