New England Weather

Just had a half hour of cracking lightning, crashing thunder and rain
coming down a trash mover and a gulley washer. And now the sun is
shining.

A spit and a holler. About 20-25 minutes by car. I live almost on
Rte 121, and Rtes 121 and 102 take me right there. Or if I'm shopping
in Salem, NH Rte 28 goes direct.

How many periods of this did you have, Norma? I was aware of
three (I think). Had to shut down two time (the first time, I
wasn't here). I guess we have more interesting weather ahead.
Does that extend up into NH?

Not enough to notice. Just more humid, if that's possible. :(

There were two more downpours after that but not as much lightning. It
didn't ease the humidity or lower the temperature.

So, it's the same up there. Yuck. You can see why I'm not
eager to go out.

It's awful. I have moisture streamin down all my windows.
That's never an inspiring sight. I need to go to the library,
but the prosepct isn't appealing.

But libraries are air conditioned, almost to a fault. It won't be
comfortable coming or going, but think how happy you'll be when you're
there. :-)
