i had this feeling that somebody was missing... glad you're feeling
better... dalin and i drink V8 every day... :)

we had (in case it returns, suggest you all buy stock in V8 company, working
on our 14th quart)

AND..I not only have a heart, but all it's hydraulics working just fine. No
surgery for me this time around!!!!!!

There was a strange flu-like thingy going around this area...aching
bones, chills, upset innards but no fever. Lasted about a week. And
yes, I had it, too.

too much acid for me, and worry, I definitly can NOT drink grapefuit juice
(the only citrus drink I really like) and wonder if the bar spreads.

And I'm as pleased as I can be for you! :-) Grapefruit juice is my
favorite too and I can't have it because of some medicine I take. :-(
And doc says OJ is too much of a sugar shock for me so we drink V8
juice. It's ok in late afternoon I guess but I hate it in the
morning.

There is a low-sodium V8 Juice which used to have 30 gm. of sodium but
now has 130 gm. And it tastes awful to me.

I really like V8 juice but if I drink it too many days in a row it gives me
canker sores. Wonder why it doesn't bother you, David or Val and only me???

yes, that's my trouble too, dont recall if is lipitor or plavix but one of
them has great big letters, DO NOT take with grapefruit juice. I dont even
risk the only soda I like, Squirt, because that is made with grapefruit
juice too. As a rule Mark doesnt need the salt in V8, and neither of us
really needs the sugar in other stuff, but I have a pretty firm rule, if my
system is craving something I dont normally use, then it probably knows what
it's doing! Or, expressed otherwise..Turn the Handle the Way it Goes!

Well, that s--ks! I may be about to go on such a thing. I
assume that also means one can't eat a grapefruit or drink the
pretty fake grapefruit drink or whatever it's called. I'd
better have some while I can!!!!

I have something called metabolic disorder which is a precursor to
diabetes.
