well, i hope you stay. this is really a friendly group - including bob. if
you watch us over any period of time, though, you will sometimes find one
or more of us a bit porky with another.... ... but the beauty of this
NG is that we have a great ability to get up and move on. if the group has
a key strength, their ability to discuss disagreements and find common
ground and move it would be my vote. :)

Thanks David, I will try again and forget this argument.
I have just completed sending the Indian-head rock formation pic to
the blog, using OE with no smileys or other pics other than the one
intended.

Now that I know, I will send using 'OE' from now on.

great! one more tip... since it's automatic, sometimes it takes 5 minutes
and sometimes it's taken more than an hour. it's dependent on server
loading.... but i'll be watching for it... i'm looking forward to seeing
the photo... :)

The first was the Indian head; the second a piccie of my two adorable
cats, and the third was a snow castle I made

If these come onto the blog satisfactorily, then I will certainly use
OE to send some more.

uh, one more tip... :) more than two or three of our dear family have
typed the blog email id incorrectly on first time or two... so if you do
NOT see it by early afternoon, recheck the email id. my suggestion is to
put it into your address book so that you don't have to think about it.

...and... if you still have any trouble, please feel free to BC or CC me on
the submission. when i see such, i can assist in figuring out any
problems... once you get the hang of it, it's the same as sending a photo
to another person.

Thanks-- I sent the pics to the same address I did yesterday, and
those appeared although they were mistakes.... so I reckon the addy is
correct. I also have saved it.

wow! i checked this morning and lotsa' new pictures... we finally see joy's
husband all dressed up... jane's great-nephew (cute kid) and mother (i
hope i'm that healthy at 96...), photo leighann took on vacation (and i
love horses...), and... photo of our resident ham and lambie-pie.. same
eyes, nose, mouth... is he a ham, too? LOL great way to start the day,
seeing such a variety of photos from the group...

no, actually SHE is quite un-self-conscious..a miracle, considering the
amount of attention she gets! I finally got to see the Quartet in
mufti..but I prefer the spotted sarongs, someting wild and free about
those..and horsies are neat, and kids are neater, and great-great grannies
aint bad..all in all, this here blog thing is a lot of fun!
