I was cutting up frozen meat for soup and the knife slipped. I gouged
some skin loose on a knuckle and the darned thing won't quit bleeding.
It isn't spurting or streaming but every time I use the hand it starts
running out from under the band aid. Bothersome!

Oh, yeah. Been there, done that. All over my dang body. Just keep band

Thanks for that tip. I have some here. Unused...

The package even warned you not to use it on large cuts. Small cuts
rarely need bandages. On a large cut you would probably be screaming.

That doesn't sound like very good prioritizing. Why on earth
did they do that?

Better than a soldering iron. I bet super glue would work. Use tequila

I don't know about the catalyst, but he's telling the truth about the super
glue, Norma. Some people really do use it for cuts, expecially ones on the
hands where you have them constantly in and out of water.
If you're certain it's clean, just put a little on, and it will hold the cut
together until it heals.

I'd think tequila would work better as an anesthetic - and maybe an
antisceptic, too. ;-)
Jean B....

LOL! That's a good one, Joy!

I think it depends on what you call a catalyst. Some need a little

Dang, you and joy....I was talkin about drinking the takillya. But, of
course, you knew that! LOL

Jim Everman...

Exactly!
I think it messes up the super glue if it gets mixed in.

Yoj...

Of course! That's why it makes a good anesthetic.

You know what? Sounds good to me. Specially the last part.

Yeah, but after awhile, you really don't care.
Ahem! Norma, my dear, are you paying attention?
