Jazzy...
Early this Saturday morning, sitting in the waiting room of the Honda
dealer, FOX news on the TV, weatherman saying first tropic storm of the
season, due to hit in at Fort Myers, or north of, by Monday night!

Reason being at the Honda repair, I went out early morning, had car
window rolled down. When I got home, went to roll the window up and it
broke! This is the second time this window has broken. Not the glass,
but the insides of the manual window.

Bad part of all this, beside the $600.88 cost to repair the window, is
the fact that the parts will not be in until a week from this coming
Wednesday!

Here is rainy season, storm on the way, and the car's window won't go
up! My two car garage is filled to the ceiling mostly with my
daughter's "stuff." No way to make room for my car in there.

I should have stayed in bed today!

Sue...
Ah, ML! I am so sorry. Bad things come in 3's so I have heard. And you
pretty well have exhausted them.

**Dalin**...
Oh oh! Tape some plastic over it. But if this is the second time it
has happened I think something is terribly wrong. Are you under
warranty? Even if you aren't, I think you should make a complaint to
Honda.

I sure do hope that this tropical depression stays that way and
doesn't get worse. Florida has been battered enough. Good Luck ML.

Oh, that's the pits. We've been going through the "if it can go wrong it
will" phase now ourselves so you have my sympathy.

NHunkele...
It never rains but what it pours...oops, sorry. :)
Maybe you could head for the hardware store and buy a tarp. I know,
not much use in a hurricane but maybe it would help?

Ack! I do see folks covering their car windows with plastic
or maybe plastic and cardboard....
