My feet have spead - shoes rub against toes

My feet have spread in recent years. I now it is difficult to find
shoes that don't rub against my toes (usually it's my second to
last toe). It is especially a problem with dress shoes. Wider width
shoes don't seem to work because my heels are narrow and tend to slip
out of the shoe. Do you have any suggestions? Any specific shoes I
can try? Thanks.

I know there are special shoes you can buy. But, they are probably
expensive.
I have a very good friend who is very heavy. He also has 6 toes on each
food. Very uncommon, I would think. But, I do know he has to order his
shoes.

Naot, Birkenstock (yes, they have shoes now), and similar
items. Possibly Easy Comfort... That reminds me, I just saw
some boots with a wide front the other day....
