Eat, Spit and Be Happy

I've a confession to make. I'm addicted to roasted Sunflower Seeds. I know
there are worst addictions to have so I'm not going to worry about it too
much. "Eat, Spit and be Happy" is part of the logo on front of the
package. I've learned how to eat 'em and I'm working on the spitting part
... but that one's a little hard.

I read the heading and said to myself, "Self, you can do that." So I
took a bite of bread, spit it out and I was not happy. I had to clean
the floor.

No, not the worst at all. They contain lots of nutrients--and
I imagine the fact that you are dealing with shells means you
can't consume them too quickly. :-)
