I have posted some photos of the gardens in the Bellagio and a couple of Red
Rock. I forgot to sign the first one but that is Judy and Me.
We did enjoy our vacation very much.

Thanks for posting them, Bill.

The pictures were beautiful, so different from this part of the country.
I've just tried posting a picture to the blog to see if it would get
through, it's of my daughter and I and two of my grandchildren taken last
week when i was on vacation.

And I enjoyed your pictures very much. It is nice to see a picture of

really pretty.

Oh that's lovely Phyllis! Sure brings back many wonderful memories.
In fact we bought a beautiful framed photographed picture of the fog
with an island with tall pine trees in the background somewhere off
Bar Harbor and gave it to my mother as a gift.

I always have my camera with me, I stopped and took it on my way to work one
morning.

But you have so many beautiful things to take pictures of. *sigh*
Everywhere you look, everywhere you turn. If we could move and live
anywhere in the world it would be in Maine, preferably on the ocean
and who can afford ocean property these days? I even loved Portland
and that's a larger city.

Portland is a nice "walking" city,It's also the largest city in Maine. (my
daughter lives a half hour from there in Kennebunk.) They run the Casco Bay
tours from there, in the "Old Port" . The Mail boat run is a wonderful way
to spend a day it stops at all of the different islands out in the bay.

I didn't see your previous messages. (I seem to be having a
problem in that regard.) I did enjoy seeing your pic on the blog.

Oops! I almost missed the one of you and your daughter and
grandchildren. It's nice to see your face. :-) We were at Luray
Caverns last year, fun to see but every time I thought of the tons of
rock overhead it got kind of scary!

We also got lost in the hedge maze, but the kids loved it! They're real
little troopers, great to travel with. (>:

We didn't know that about the mail boat. Do you know if there is any
info on it on the internet? We pass by Portland every time we go to
ME. It would be fun to take the mail boat and stay overnight there
before we traveled on.

it's down in the old port section of the city. They have a parking garage
right at the terminal. They also have commuter boats, it's a pretty
reasonable trip, we do it several times a year. The Cat runs out of the
old port for Canada too, alot of people drive to Portland then take the Cat
over to Canada.

Thanks Don, I have 5 grandchildren, so I have lots! I can't believe that my
oldest granddaughter is 19 already! Where does the time go?? I hope you're
feeling well. I have a hint for you, only look at Arch's pictures in the
morning, maybe you'll sleep better at night! (>:

Yes, you can bring pets, they serve mostly Island people, and Island people
have to get there animals back and forth too.
