Arch (TX)...
If you haven't seen this series of photos, or even if you have, they are
still well worth looking at. A lady took these photos over a period of
27 days, from the egg to the time it flew away. Excellent photos of
something we seldom, if ever, get a chance to see:

Joy...
Those were amazing! She seems to have gotten closer, and had a better
camera angle, than my son-in-law, who took his pictures through a window to
make sure he didn't upset the mother. He has taken a number of pictures of
baby hummers, as three or four nests (at different times) have been built
just outside a window of his home.

Shirley...
Thank you Arch for putting this wondering mind to rest. I have always wanted
to know what the eggs, babies and nest looked like. What a wonderful Journey
of life she allowed us to see with her photographs...

Annie...
Wow, that was so cool. Thanks Arch...I so enjoyed seeing the nest..sure
looks comfy & warm for the fledglings...hope they have a long life!

mj...
What a treat to see. I am amazed she was able to get those pictures.
