I goofed again. I posted to the blog and put the pic in the mail
instead of attaching it. Anyway, it was a beautiful Rolls Royce
touring car. :)
Norma

david...
Norma,
pls see blog. I did find one... the only one ever built... :) is this
the one? lovely car... if not, i'll remove, but i did want to try to
find it... :))

Bigbazza...
I have posted a photo of a similar model A 1965 Pontiac Parisienne... I had
back in the 60's...It had a Fisher Handmade Body with light beige soft lamb
Leather seats...It was a 'Sedan ..not convertible...Had an off white roof
and a metallic blue body ..Beautiful Car but I found that I was travelling
too far to work to be economical ..even in those days ..I used to only get
around 12 miles to an Imperial Gallon (4.59 Litres) even with the petrol so
much lower in price..I found it too expensive to take to work each day !...I
loved that car !...

I have just 'posted' it..I don't know if it shows up immediately or later
!...

My present day 'Dream Car'..would be a XJ8 4.2 V8 Sovereign
'Jaguar'......

thank you, huguette... :) the best ones had cadillac engines in them...
was very respected race car in U.S. in early 50's... and if i ever own
one, I'll be glad to take you for a ride... :)

Maxx...
I'd love to find a replacement for my first car. '59 Ford Convertable.

NHunkele...
Thank you, david. You did say dream car and that's my dream. :)
do we have a deal for you... :)
just $24,000 and it's yours... not bad, considering the cost of cars
today.

Maxx...
I've been doing research on them. 24k is about average on the price,
if in excellant condition. Problem is that mama is due for a new car.
After that, I'm getting serious about it.

I think you have 'misunderstood' my post ...Don...That was NOT my car...I
don't have a pic of it ..Mine was a Sedan with a Creamy White Hardtop and
mid colour Medium Blue Metallic finish ....I only grabbed that pic of the
'Pontiac Parisienne' from the net ..to show the similar car to my old one I
had..I also said that mine was a 'Hardtop' and not a Red convertible !
