Ohmigosh! How could anyone try and drive through that! Do you
suppose he couldn't tell how deep it was? He has totally ruined his
car. :-( The rain must have come quickly and in buckets!

Yup. When we have heavy rains and/or flooding, we always see a few cases of
that on the news, and there is at least one photo in the newspaper.

wow! some pic... I've read that a major problem in heavy rains is that
people somehow think their cars can get through.... what a loss...
