I talked to the park manager and liked what I heard.
Talked to the bank and liked what I heard.
Talked to my long time insurance agent and liked what I heard.
Talked to myself and liked what I heard.

So I just put a bid in.

Sounds good...have a pal in Santa Ana, CA, who really enjoys hers as well as
the park she lives...I spent a wk w/her a few yrs back & found it quite
comfortable....hope it is successful for you Lou..

to one once I leave Florida. From what's I've read on mobiles, a 1973,
in most areas, would be a "give away." I hope you've placed a very low
bid, and successful in getting this mobile, if it's really what you
want.

It has had a lot of upgrades (including all new siding) and the spot
alone is worth over $40,000 (bet that blows everyone's mind!).

By "spot", do you mean the lot it is on? Does that mean you would own the
lot, rather than paying rent on it, as most people who live in mobile home
parks do?

NO, its weird. I will pay rent, but the park is full, no spaces
available, and has been for many years. So, if you like the area and
want to be in the park, you buy a MH, tear it down, possibly redo the
concrete base, and have new MH brought in. It is happening right now 3
spots from my spot. Folks paid 41,000 for a poor MH, tore it out
immediately, took out concrete, put in new concrete, and a new MH is
coming this week.

Am in heavy price negotiations now.

Maybe I might move again, ,just for the fun of it. LOL
