Cloaking device in the works

Read and heard on the news that the British and Americans are working
on a cloaking device which will make the wearer invisible to others. It
will work on the principle of bending light around the object being
cloaked.

Naturally, until some crook steals it. Fortunately, I think this is still

I was thinking of criminals too. I dunno. Paco says he heard

There was an item about it in my newspaper this morning. It says the
concept is possible, but the technology hasn't been developed yet, or
something to that effect.
