I have a musical keyboard (Technics KN6500) and last night
I sat down in front of it and composed a song for Willa in
one
go. I finished the main part, but I am not completely
satisfied
with the chorus. That I will tackle that tonight.
It is a slow beat type of ballad and would like to share it
with you:
It goes something like this:
La laa la la, laa la la laaa,
La da la la da la daaaa.
La laa la la, laa la la laaa,
La la la la la li da da daaa.
Lum lum lum lum li di lum
Ta ra ta ra, lum dum dum laaa
Li la, li la, la liii laaaa,
La rum dum dum laaaaaa.

That second line should end in "laaaa"! OK? :)

Thanks Arch, I changed that line last night to:
Lum lum dum ti dum lum
Ta na ta na na diiiiiii
Li la la liiiiiiii, dum dum
La ta da di da da miiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!
How's that for a tune?

Yes I can record it - the Technics has a stiffie drive in the front
which I normally use. At the back of the keyboard is a USB port
for connection to a computer. I use that for the final recording.
Did you really enjoy the song?

Oh I love it! Except for the ta ra's. I keep expecting to hear a
"boom de ay" after them.
