VAL's Recipe Page is ready..:)

ok, val has volunteered to manage recipes... got a recipe? send to val...
if she likes it, she may make comments or whatever, name the recipe if you
haven't already.... and with her blessing i'll add to the site.

you can get to the recipe page from the website or from the blog. the link
on the blog is directly below the HELP link. so far there are just two
recipes, but there seemed to be interest so i'm sure it will grow... :)

naming, organizing, and occassional outbursts of lyricism, but nowhere in
