According to UK's Alzheimer's Dis. Inst. In the year 2040... 81 million
people will have Alzheimer's. I will be 105 that year and still driving my
david...

on a positive note, i've also read that the medical profession hopes to
know much more about the disease by then and may be treating it. i feel
confident that progress will happen here, once they understand what is
causing it... i'll probably still be riding ol' bullet, but i won't know
where i'm going... :)
on a somewhat serious side of all of this, it's really confusing to me. my
mother is 90 and she has trouble remembering and talking, but we're told
it's dementia and not alzheimer's... it's not easy to differentiate the
two situations... but it's just as painful to see...
