=B8If you count every
breath as a breathing exercise, will that automatically slow down
the breathing?
In other words, is that new Resperate device no better
than counting breaths?
If counting breaths automatically slows down
breathing, will it eventually slow the breathing to the under 10 per
minute
the same as Resparate device?

**Dalin**...
I don't know, I never tried just slow breathing. The Resperate tells
you when to inhale and exhale, you can't just take slower breaths and
hold them. It measures minutes of successful breathing as opposed to
minutes of actually doing it and it helps you get your breathing down
to about five breaths a minute. 10 is the highest number per minute
but it is much better to go much lower.

I don't use it as often as I should because I still have to take
pills, but it did make a big difference after a few weeks.

**Dalin**...
It's to lower your blood pressure Jeanette.

Chakolate...
Buy me a vowel, please? A big difference in what?

Chak, ever curious
