lighting the christmas tree...

last night the tree in downtown syracuse was lit.... always a huge
outpouring of people there... :) photo on blog....

And it was does look pretty...bet it was cold there...Last night in SF at
Union Square the Macy*s Christmas tree was lit...nice one too...no, I was
not there...ngood shot on the tube.

Loved the picture, David. Christmas trees are a favorite of mine. Sally
decorated ours the evening Bette and I met her friends who live here for
dinner. It's the first time we have had a window that we could put it in
front of so like that. Of course, it cuts down on my spying on the
neighbors.

Your tree is up already? Oh I hate people like you! I really do. I
can't find my Christmas card list and the tree is *somewhere* under
the stairs, probably behind a million other things. I have no cards
yet, no wrapping paper, no bows, no stickers, and no idea for gifts!

We ordered one gift for a friend over the internet. There was an
option to have it gift wrapped free which we chose, but no option for
a gift card. Now how is this person supposed to know who the gift is
from unless they include the invoice in the package which I sincerely
hope they won't! But I bet they do!

Now stop with the Christmas stuff until a week before, I might be
organized by then.
