Happy Halloween!

It will be a busy day for me. At 3:30, I meet with my minister to plan my
mother's memorial service. Then I'll help serve dinner to the homeless in
our area. Then I'll rush home to hand out goodies.

Ack! You are reminding me of Leah's first Halloween. It was
pouring. We, of course, had to go out, nonetheless....

I remember going out one time with Bob in a blizzard! I would have
kept him home but we were going with two other little boys and their
mothers and the kids were wildly excited.

Were you in your current location then? Still, that's kind-of
early and enough to put quite a damper on Halloween..........
(for us, maybe)

Happy Halloween Bette! The wind is pretty strong here and showers are
expected after 4 p.m. I think that will put a damper on the little
kids trick or treating. Too bad because it's supposed to be a very
mild night temperature wise. And lots of lovely leaves to crunch
through.

Chakolate...

Here, last evening was 65 degrees and perfectly clear. Tonight, when the
t-or-t'ers are out, it will be 45 degrees and raining.

Hey, it may build character or something, I don't know, but I like seeing
the little costumes, and I hate it when they have to wear a coat. :-(
