It's slanted toward the USA, but does cover surnames worldwide. It will
get you pointers to every message board and mailing list for the surname,
as well as most of the surname-specific data that are available on The
Net.

For example, for the "Reed" surname, Linkpendium includes pointers to 272
data sources specifically relevant to that surname.
